LEAN methodology
- Focusing on the customer’s needs: the main task of the architect and designer is to satisfy the customer’s needs.
- Continuous optimization: the design process should be constantly optimized in order to reduce costs of time, effort and money.
- Functional needs and requirements – the design must meet the functional needs and requirements defined by the customer.
- Ergonomics – design should take into account the convenience, safety and comfort of users of the object.
- Aesthetics – the design and appearance of the project are important.
- Technical and technological capabilities – the project must be implemented taking into account the technical and technological capabilities available at this stage of technology development.
- Safety and stability – the project must take into account the safety and stability of the object in various conditions of operation and interaction.
- Economic factors – the project should be profitable from an economic point of view, that is, the cost of its implementation should not exceed the financial capabilities of the customer.
- Environmental aspects – the project must be environmentally safe, i.e. not contain elements that can harm the environment or human health.

~In December 2022, they were included in the list of the best representatives of the construction industry according to the KBU version. ~ In 2020, entered the TOP-9 companies as the “Best architectural and design organization” according to the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine. ~ Awarded the “Consumer’s Choice 2020” award. ~ In 2021, they took a place in the ranking of the National Award “Charitable Ukraine” for active participation in the development of Ukraine. ~ In 2022, we are constantly engaged in reconstruction projects.

Since August 2021, we have been helping to investigate the extent to which Vinnytsia is barrier-free for people with reduced mobility. The project “Vinnytsia without barriers” is implemented with the financial support of the project “Integrated development of cities in Ukraine II”, which is implemented by the German government company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with funding from the Governments of Germany and Switzerland.
