1. Comprehensive or partial development of draft documents, which are mandatory according to the requirements of current legislation on public procurement (on the basis of the Customer’s application).
2. Preparation and implementation of procurement procedures (on the basis of the Customer’s application).
3. Preparation and implementation of simplified procurement (on the basis of the Customer’s application).
4. Preparation of the draft response to the request of the participant of the procurement procedure, submitted through the electronic procurement system (if necessary), responses to the requests of institutions that have the right to audit the Customer’s public purchases (on the basis of the Customer’s application).
5. The Participant must ensure the publication of information/documents related to the procurement procedure through a software-controlled information processing device (computer) of the Customer, including through the personal presence of the Participant’s representative at the Customer’s location. The Participant’s transportation costs, if any, must be included in the offer price and are not reimbursed separately.
